Cosy and immaculate 2 bedroom flat in serene location. Accessible to main roads and amenities, but with an ‘away from it all’ feel. Good walks and nearby leisure activities (Golf Courses and Japanese Gardens). Kinross is fifteen minutes away. A wildlife friendly garden with red squirrels, deer and many species of woodland birds to be enjoyed. The flat is convenient for all main cities. The Space
The flat is part of a converted barn and is surrounded by woodland and fields. It is very near Lendrick Muir (a Scripture Union Outdoor Centre) with plenty of good ‘off road’ walks. The gorge at Rumbling Bridge is closeby, and nearest neighbours are sheep and a deer farm. Muckhart Golf Course is in walking distance, Gleneagles about 20 minutes by car. Perth, Dunfermline and Stirling are about 30 minutes away by car and have trains and busses to other centres. A day out in Edinburgh or Glasgow is feasible. There are loads of places to eat and things to do…
Guest Access
The entire flat is available for guests and there is a private gated car park for their use. The hosts share the wildlife friendly garden and picnic and BBQ equipment available on request.

The neighbourhood boasts excellent coffee shops, sporting and leisure facilities, and good walking trails. Loch Leven, the Ochil Hills, Historic sites, Cowden Japanese Gardens, Vane Farm bird Sanctuary, Glen Eagles Golf Course and specialist retail outlets are all nearby or within 10 to 20 minutes drive.
Public transport is limited in the area as it is rural. The roads are good, traffic minimal and, once here, there are good walking, hiking and bicycle trails.
